Job Summary
To support quality assurance initiatives, the full-time remote Quality Specialist II will oversee compliance with audit programs, conduct audits of transactions, and collaborate with teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct audits professionally and ethically, ensuring adherence to applicable standards
- Monitor and evaluate quality standards for claims, inquiries, and enrollments for accuracy and compliance
- Identify trends and root causes of errors, recommending improved procedures to enhance quality practices
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of claims, customer service, or enrollment experience, including one year in quality audit or assurance
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is preferred
- Quality 101 certification is preferred
