Job Summary

To ensure rigorous adherence to quality standards, the full-time remote Quality Standards Governance Leader will develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, processes, and tools while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and monitoring of Business Process Management Systems to standardize quality improvement tools and frameworks
• Serve as the internal quality expert, contributing to strategy and policy development while ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Mentor colleagues and lead projects, influencing teams and stakeholders through effective communication and consensus-building

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in business process management
• Proven track record of mentoring and leading cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to execute initiatives from conception to completion
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
