Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

Seeking a Quality Supervisor, this remote position will lead a team of Quality Specialists in overseeing the quality assurance function across specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance and excellence in order processing, claims, and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end quality audit program, ensuring consistent and compliant standards across various pharmacy operations
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Specialists while managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Track and report on key quality metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support clinic launches

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations with specialty pharmacy experience required; 2+ years in quality assurance or auditing preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory or mentoring experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop peers
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows and quality standards, with a keen eye for identifying errors and inefficiencies
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in data visualization tools preferred
• Comfortable navigating pharmacy management and EMR systems, with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies
