Quality Systems Manager
Job Summary
To enhance quality management processes, the contract Senior Manager, Quality Systems will lead training on Quality Events and QMS processes, serve as a subject matter expert for quality reviews, and support investigations and CAPA development in a hybrid or remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead training, coaching, and guidance on Quality Events and regulatory expectations
- Serve as SME and backup reviewer for deviations and Quality Events
- Drive audit readiness through timely documentation and support QMS process improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field; equivalent experience considered
- 10+ years of pharma/biotech Quality Assurance or Quality Systems experience
- Strong background with deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and quality events
- Solid knowledge of GMP, Quality Risk Management, and data integrity
- Experience with eQMS platforms and quality metrics
