Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and optimization of global quality systems, the full-time Quality Systems Manager will enhance compliance and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of global electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) solutions, ensuring they meet business and compliance needs
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within Quality System workflows
- Develop and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor Quality performance and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality, Quality Systems, or a related regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience with electronic Quality Management Systems and supporting system enhancements
- Experience with eQMS platforms such as TrackWise Digital or Veeva
- Strong understanding of GxP principles and pharmaceutical Quality System expectations
