Quantitative Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quant Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models for specific business needs
• Provide solutions to predictive and prescriptive questions using advanced mathematical techniques and quantitative tools
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and drive efficiency in solution delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, financial engineering, data sciences, or other quantitative disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of best practices for capturing and retaining data, as well as pros and cons of competing analysis methods
• Experience leading information practices, setting standards for data analysis tools, and promoting increased efficiency of data analysis
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite, SQL/NoSQL, and databases
• Ability to establish standards and best practices for data modeling, coach others on data modeling methods, and communicate technical observations to a non-technical audience
