Quantitative Research Associate
Job Summary
Supporting applied research and evaluation projects, the full-time remote Quantitative Research Associate will assist interdisciplinary teams in data collection, analysis, and reporting within the Human and Community Development program.
Key responsibilities
- Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information through literature reviews and policy scans
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of findings
- Support project management activities, including developing timelines and tracking project progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, data science, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience conducting quantitative data collection and managing quantitative data
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis software, such as Stata or R
- Familiarity with data management and collaborative coding in R and/or Stata
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a virtual work environment
