Quantitative Researcher Human Services

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Quantitative Researcher in Human Services, this remote-eligible position will conduct rigorous quantitative research and program evaluations across various topics, collaborating with project teams and applying advanced statistical methods to inform policy decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to apply quantitative research methods for evaluating programs and policies
• Design and implement mixed-methods evaluations, including primary and secondary data collection
• Synthesize and present data in accessible formats for diverse audiences, including reports and interactive visualizations

Required qualifications:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant field; a Master's with relevant coursework and experience may be considered
• Strong quantitative analytical skills with training in causal inference methodologies preferred
• Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or STATA
• Willingness to learn and apply new techniques, including AI technologies
• Understanding of federal human services policies and experience with large-scale administrative data sets is desirable
