Quantity Surveyor - Energy Sector

Job Summary

To support a growing Natural Resources team, the full-time Quantity Surveyor - Energy Sector will manage contracts, oversee cost monitoring and forecasting, and collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure project performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts, ensuring accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and change management
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver on KPIs and maintain governance best practices
• Provide commercial leadership, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and ensuring timely agreement of final accounts

Required qualifications

• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC contracts
• Cost/commercial management experience in Energy or Infrastructure projects
• Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios
• Professional Chartership is preferable
