Job Summary
To support Multifamily and Hospitality Renovations, the full-time Quotations Specialist will develop detailed proposals, provide pricing recommendations, and manage complex quotation opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review project specifications to create detailed proposals that align with business objectives
- Provide pricing recommendations and consultative guidance to support sales and project management teams
- Engage with vendors to obtain accurate pricing and analyze quotation trends for margin improvement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of construction-related quotations or estimating experience
- Prior use of estimating or CRM software such as Planswift, Quotesoft, or Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications with minimal supervision
- Deep knowledge of product lines, features, benefits, and applications
