Quote Specialist
Job Summary
To support customer inquiries, the full-time Quote Specialist will efficiently process product and calibration quotes and orders while demonstrating proficiency in company systems and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Process product and calibration quotes and orders following proper order entry procedures
- Assist internal and external customers by applying Standards of Sales & Service Excellence
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for enhancements in customer approaches
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service, data entry, or telephone sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to learn and apply pricing strategies effectively
- Experience with APLUS and Salesforce is a plus
