Radiology Application Support Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the full lifecycle of outpatient applications, the full-time Radiology Application Support Analyst will manage PACS, RIS, and other systems while collaborating with IT teams to ensure effective implementation and maintenance remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and support services for outpatient applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Assist implementation teams with application upgrades, migrations, and related projects
- Develop test plans and ensure accurate technical documentation for outpatient applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent IT experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in clinical application support or implementation, preferably in radiology
- Familiarity with PACS, HL7, RIS, and radiology workflows
- Experience with incident and request management, particularly using ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting processes and service level agreements
