Radiology Application Support Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the full lifecycle of outpatient applications, the full-time Radiology Application Support Analyst will manage PACS, RIS, and other related systems while collaborating with IT teams to ensure the needs of radiologists are met in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and support services for outpatient applications, including upgrades and migrations
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, adhering to defined SLAs
- Develop and participate in outpatient application testing, ensuring accurate technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in clinical application support or implementation, preferably in radiology
- Familiarity with PACS, HL7, RIS, and radiology workflows
- Experience with incident and request management, particularly using ServiceNow
