Radiology Product Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing radiology practice, the full-time remote Radiology Product Specialist will showcase and promote products through live demonstrations, educate customers about solutions, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Deep Health products and support customer presentations and solution discussions
- Assist in configuring and validating demonstration environments, ensuring reliable customer demonstrations
- Serve as a clinical resource for radiology workflows, identifying workflow challenges and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Clinical radiology experience with strong knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows
- Understanding of radiology operations and healthcare IT systems, including PACS and RIS
- Experience with DICOM, HL7, APIs, and interoperability concepts
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with clinical and technical audiences
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments and adapting to evolving technologies
