Radiology Referral Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing radiology team, the full-time salaried Radiology Referral Supervisor will manage a group of Referral Coordinator Coordinators, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality service while working primarily onsite with some remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities and performance of Referral Coordinator staff to meet departmental standards
• Provide performance coaching, conduct annual reviews, and implement process improvements
• Resolve complex patient and employee issues, ensuring superior customer service and adherence to policies

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education, experience, or training
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical and/or customer service setting
• 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role in similar environments
