Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

To support efficient patient care, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will utilize email and phone communication to schedule diagnostic tests within 24 hours of requests, ensuring timely updates and patient instructions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contacts patients within 24 hours to schedule diagnostic tests and notifies offices promptly when scheduled
• Schedules tests within 48 hours of ordering, prioritizing STAT requests and avoiding overlaps
• Updates patient records with insurance and contact information as necessary

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or accredited radiologic school
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
