Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient access, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will manage patient inquiries, scheduling, and pre-registration documentation while working remotely during standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage scheduling and pre-registration inquiries from patients and providers via telephone and electronic communication
• Educate patients and providers on various patient care issues, including insurance and service availability
• Accurately document and verify patient information within the healthcare information system

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in a radiology scheduling role
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with healthcare information systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
