Radiology Scheduler

Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the full-time remote Radiology Scheduler will manage inbound and outbound interactions, schedule appointments across various diagnostic imaging services, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to HIPAA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments for diagnostic imaging and specialty services
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding imaging services and appointment details while maintaining compliance with protocols
• Accurately document all patient interactions and navigate multiple systems to ensure efficient service delivery

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare contact center or patient access role, preferably with scheduling experience
• Experience working from home in a secure and compliant environment
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Windows-based systems and CRM or scheduling platforms
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
