Delivering reliable technical support for radiology IT systems, the full-time System Support Specialist I will troubleshoot issues with RIS, PACS, and VNA while collaborating with clinical and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency and maintain seamless integration within healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems to ensure system availability and performance
- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to diagnose system issues and streamline workflows
- Document troubleshooting activities and maintain a shared knowledge base for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with exposure to radiology systems support
- Working knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and medical imaging workflows
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and IHE healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience with Windows Server environments and SQL Server or Oracle databases
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Salesforce ServiceCloud or ZenDesk
