Job Summary
Owning the ramp infrastructure end to end, the full-time Ramps Lead will manage the architecture and delivery of payment systems that facilitate fund movement between traditional finance and on-chain, while working remotely and leading a small team of engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the ramps roadmap with the Director of Product and translate it into a sequenced technical plan
- Build and maintain Node.js and TypeScript services for fiat and crypto settlement, partner APIs, and reconciliation
- Own monitoring and observability for ramp flows, ensuring resilience and recovery for payment processing systems
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep banking integration experience with direct work with bank partners and compliance knowledge
- Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript, particularly in payment systems
- Proven track record in monitoring and observability of production payment systems
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools in engineering workflows
