Job Summary
Providing pricing and quotes for client and agent requests, the part-time Rate Analyst will collaborate with Sales and Operations teams while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely quotes to clients, agents, and sales representatives
- Assist in handling rate requests and maintain quote logs and reports
- Analyze carrier net rates to ensure competitive pricing for the company
Required qualifications
- 3 years of related experience in international transportation
- Associates Degree or post-secondary education
- Strong operational knowledge of air and ocean transportation requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building
