RCM Account Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the strategic partner for assigned clients, the full-time remote RCM Account Manager will manage client relationships, provide consultative support, and advise on revenue cycle strategies to enhance operational efficiency and performance improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of client and payer relationships, ensuring effective communication and alignment
- Analyze client KPIs and present tailored recommendations to improve revenue cycle performance
- Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely resolution of claims and maintain high client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate required; BS preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare account management or revenue cycle operations
- Experience with EPIC systems is desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including commercial payers and government programs
