RCM Analyst
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time RCM Analyst will manage day-to-day billing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ingest and review nursing and pharmacy invoices using an AI-assisted billing platform, resolving discrepancies with vendors
- Build and submit clean claims to payers and TPAs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Post payments and assist in closing monthly billing, maintaining accurate treatment details and coding in billing systems
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle
- Working knowledge of HCPCS (especially J-codes), CPT, and ICD-10
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and a quick learner of new tools
- Clear written communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently
