Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RCM Implementation Consultant II will support customer onboarding and implementation of revenue cycle management solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring a smooth transition to solutions
• Configure billing rules, payer setup, and claim workflows to align with customer requirements
• Document implementation activities and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of experience in system implementation, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations
• Understanding of revenue cycle workflows and processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
