RCM Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time RCM Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding and implementation of new RCM clients, ensuring successful project execution and stabilization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, coordinating client workflows and operational requirements
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and client action items
• Establish and monitor implementation KPIs, analyzing early performance metrics post-go-live to drive improvements

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically in physician/professional billing
• Proven experience in implementing and onboarding new RCM clients with a strong understanding of the full physician revenue cycle
• NextGen experience is required; NextGen Enterprise experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent RCM experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree
