RCM Implementation Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and integration of revenue cycle management (RCM) technology and services for new and existing clients, the full-time remote RCM Implementation Vice President will manage end-to-end client implementations, develop standard operating procedures, and serve as the RCM subject matter expert while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Direct new client implementations from contract through go-live, including project planning and resource allocation
• Oversee integration of RCM products into client workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Develop and maintain RCM standard operating procedures and training programs to support client adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive RCM experience or related leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading RCM technology implementations and large-scale client onboarding
• Experience developing SOPs and training programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification preferred
