RCM Quality Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the RCM Quality Specialist will develop training documents, create scorecards, and conduct audits to enhance performance within Revenue Cycle Management teams while addressing billing issues and participating in special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to identify metrics for individual and team-level performance, driving data collection and training content
• Develops and improves quality management systems for performance audits and team-level quality assessments
• Collaborates with training specialists to ensure accessible, current, and accurate standard work documentation for all job roles

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Patient Access
• Strong understanding of medical insurance and billing processes
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting performance audits
• Ability to analyze performance gaps and implement improvement plans
