RCM Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the accurate and efficient management of the revenue cycle for behavioral health and outpatient practices, the fully remote RCM Specialist will manage full-cycle medical billing, ensure timely claims submission, and maintain compliance using platforms such as Simple Practice and Tebra.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle medical billing including insurance verification, claims submission, and patient collections
• Utilize billing platforms for scheduling, reporting, and ensuring timely claims submission to various payers
• Follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare claims billing for Behavioral Health, Outpatient, and/or Surgical practices
• Strong command of Simple Practice and Tebra systems
• Solid understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding and billing guidelines
• Familiarity with commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements
• Proven experience in claim follow-up and denial resolution
