RCM Specialist III

Job Summary

To support the central RCM team, the full-time RCM Specialist III will manage a portfolio of accounts, perform end-to-end revenue cycle management tasks including insurance verification, billing, and collections, while working remotely and assisting with training and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned RCM activities, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment posting
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members on billing and coding procedures
• Continuously evaluate RCM processes to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions
• Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance processes with various payors
• Experience with practice management software and strong PC skills, particularly in Excel
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred
