R&D Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting Global Program Managers, the full-time R&D Project Manager will monitor project deliverables, maintain documentation, and facilitate team meetings in a remote capacity for a temporary position lasting approximately 13 months.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate progress on project deliverables, key milestones, and potential risks
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules and meeting summaries
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, develop agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project management or operational roles
• Proficiency in using enterprise project management tools, with familiarity in Planisware preferred
• Experience managing SharePoint access for project teams
• Solid understanding of drug development processes and team collaboration dynamics
