Job Summary
To support global capability transformation across R&D functions, the remote R&D Project Manager will develop integrated project plans, coordinate functional transitions, and manage workforce planning and onboarding activities on a contract basis for six months.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and issue trackers
- Coordinate R&D functional transitions and operational readiness activities
- Support workforce planning, hiring coordination, and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Experience in project and program management within complex, global organizations
- Proficiency in integrated project planning and risk management
- Knowledge of organizational transition and onboarding readiness
- Ability to prepare project status reports and executive presentations
