Executing projects across various portfolios, the full-time R&D Scientist I will manage product development from concept to commercialization, focusing on new processing technologies and consumer testing in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage technical timelines and activities for multiple product development projects
- Lead product development projects from concept to commercialization based on product design criteria and consumer insights
- Perform analysis, testing, and experiments to develop and improve products and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of food product development experience, including relevant internships or Co-Op programs
- Experience in developing and commercializing shelf-stable products/processes in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of scale-up/manufacturing processes
- Basic fluency in Microsoft Office
