R&D Systems Lead

Job Summary

To support global R&D initiatives, the full-time R&D and Regulatory Systems Lead will manage compliance and technology needs across Regulatory Affairs and R&D functions, leveraging strong Veeva RIM architecture experience and overseeing system integrations and enhancements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise in digital capabilities supporting global R&D business processes and monitor global health authority requirements for compliance
• Collaborate with business users to translate needs into technical requirements and implement solutions following industry best practices
• Lead the administration and development of Veeva RIM Vault, managing enhancements, configurations, and project implementations to ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• 10 years of hands-on experience with Veeva RIM Vault configurations, migrations, and integrations
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a solid understanding of R&D and Regulatory business processes
• Experience in validated GxP environments, including implementation and change management
• Proven track record of defining technology strategy aligned with business objectives and managing complex technical challenges
