Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Re-Enrollment Specialist will manage outreach to students who have stopped out before completing their degree, guiding them through the readmission process at UNC System institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound communication to engage stopped-out students and understand their barriers to returning
- Guide students through the readmission process, ensuring a smooth transition to the appropriate campus contacts
- Maintain and monitor personal CRM pipeline, capturing data on student interactions and outcomes to inform program improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in higher education admissions, advising, or high-volume outreach
- Preferred experience with readmission processes or the UNC System
- Strong discovery and listening skills to build trust with returning students
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce/Education Cloud
