Job Summary
To support a growing practice in the clean energy sector, the full-time remote Real Estate Attorney will independently manage real estate transactions, including due diligence, drafting legal documents, and coordinating the closing process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support real estate transactions related to renewable energy projects
- Draft and review leases, easements, and purchase agreements while conducting title and survey reviews
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues on real estate matters and coordinate due diligence reviews
Required qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in real estate law at a recognized national or regional law firm
- Demonstrated interest in the clean energy industry and relevant transaction experience
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting, with strong deal management skills
- Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with a team
