Job Summary
Managing the 3rd Party Sale process, the full-time Real Estate Contract Specialist will review contracts, assess legal risks, and facilitate negotiations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contract terms and conditions across all 50 states
- Act as a liaison between agents, customers, and internal teams for contract ratification
- Execute contracts and monitor buyer contingencies to ensure successful closing
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in relocation or real estate preferred
- Customer service experience is essential
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- College degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
