Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney, the full-time remote Senior Specialist Legal Editor will create and maintain legal content, review contributions from others, and support the development of AI-powered legal solutions within the Practical Law Real Estate team.
Key responsibilities:
- Research, write, and maintain practical legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
- Review and edit content from colleagues and external contributors to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Utilize legal expertise to assist in the development of customer-focused AI legal solutions and internal editorial tools
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- At least 8 years of experience as a commercial real estate finance lawyer
- Extensive experience representing large institutional lenders throughout transaction stages
- Strong writing skills with a passion for clear and concise legal communication
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in legal work
