Job Summary
Supporting and managing real estate investment activities, the full-time remote Real Estate Investment Specialist will identify investment opportunities, perform financial and market analysis, and conduct due diligence on properties and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across various asset types
- Conduct detailed financial and market analysis, preparing investment memos and presentations
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and quantitative evaluation
- Experience with due diligence and reviewing financial statements, leases, and legal documents
- Proficiency in real estate investment concepts, market drivers, and transaction structures
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with analytical tools or real estate software
