Job Summary

Leading financial modeling for multi-million-dollar real estate outsourcing pursuits, the full-time Remote Commercial, Pricing & Risk Manager (Tech, Media & Telecom) will manage pricing models, operating budgets, and client relationships while contributing to business development efforts and creating professional-quality materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial modeling, including labor estimates, operating expense budgeting, and fee analysis for real estate outsourcing projects
• Interact with clients during meetings and negotiations to support business development and maintain client relationships
• Oversee the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and presentations while coordinating tasks among team members involved in business pursuits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Real Estate license is required
• Experience in finance, analytics, or commercial real estate preferred
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams
