Job Summary
Acting as a team lead in the negotiation and financial evaluation of real estate transactions, the full-time Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager will manage the entire real estate portfolio remotely, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and executing specialized projects as assigned.
Key responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, collaborating with brokers and negotiating deals for assigned business units
- Develop and execute diverse real estate strategies, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
- Continuously evaluate and improve real estate portfolio processes and maintain accurate records in the real estate database
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field is required
- Master's degree in real estate or a related field is preferred
- Five (5) years or more of professional experience in commercial real estate is required
