Job Summary
Leading the achievement of strategic goals for diverse real estate portfolios, the full-time Portfolio Strategy Lead will manage client engagements, solve complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support account teams in client engagements to ensure service excellence and consistency
- Design and deliver frameworks for senior client leadership workshops and develop strategic recommendations
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights to address client business issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- 8+ years of experience in consulting engagements related to Commercial Real Estate Strategy
- Experience in Portfolio Optimization, Cost Optimization, and Workplace Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
- Background in Big 4-type Consulting is strongly encouraged
