Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Manager for future sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with national prospective buyers to convert them into homeowners
- Qualify inbound sales leads and provide feedback on market dynamics and buyer feedback
- Prepare accurate forecasts and maintain a customer-centric approach while exceeding sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in new acquisitions sales or real estate sales
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- BA or college degree preferred; real estate license or tour experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in a virtual environment
