Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager for future sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with national prospective buyers to convert them into homeowners
  • Qualify inbound sales leads and provide feedback on market dynamics and buyer feedback
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and maintain a customer-centric approach while exceeding sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in new acquisitions sales or real estate sales
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • BA or college degree preferred; real estate license or tour experience is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in a virtual environment
