Real Estate Salesperson Manager

Job Summary

Managing real estate transaction activities for commercial clients in Latin America, the full-time Bilingual Senior Transaction Manager will prepare and execute complex transaction strategies, collaborate with local brokerage teams, and act as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and negotiate high-profile leases and sales
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to track transaction activities and ensure service line integration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Experience with a Latin America portfolio and industrial transactions is highly desired
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong mathematical skills
