Real Estate Title Curative Specialist
Job Summary
To support the title clearance process, the part-time Real Estate Title Curative Specialist will review title commitments, resolve curative issues, and maintain client files while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Review daily reports to complete all assigned client tasks and provide file updates
- Resolve curative issues related to title clearance, including updating payoff, taxes, and HOA
- Maintain open communication with management and clients, addressing inquiries professionally and timely
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Practical work experience within the real estate industry examining and/or curing title issues
- Proficient knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and the curative process
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software products
- Excel skills, specifically in V Look Ups and Reports
