Job Summary

Overseeing a team of transaction management professionals, the full-time Remote Transaction Management Director will manage commercial real estate transactions, including lease negotiations and property dispositions, while providing leadership and support to staff development and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure adherence to client-driven priorities
• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and facilitate the selection of necessary resources for transaction completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to manage targets impacting departmental results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with advanced organizational skills
