Real Estate Transaction Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the transaction management team, the full-time salaried Real Estate Transaction Director will manage commercial real estate activities including lease negotiations and property dispositions, while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to achieve departmental goals
• Support the acquisition, management, and disposal of properties while aligning with client strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to manage and achieve departmental targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced organizational skills
