Real Estate Transaction Director

Job Summary

Leading a transaction management team for a large healthcare account, the full-time Transaction Management Director will oversee commercial real estate transactions, including lease negotiations and property dispositions, in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet client-driven priorities
• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and facilitate client review of proposed resources for transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate Salesperson license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve departmental targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced organizational skills
