Job Summary

Leading a global transaction team, the full-time Transaction Management Director will oversee commercial real estate activities, including lease negotiations and property dispositions, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet client-driven priorities
• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and facilitate resource selection for transaction completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
• Real Estate Salesperson license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve departmental targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced organizational skills
