Job Summary
Providing comprehensive management of real estate transaction activities, the full-time Senior Transaction Manager will oversee new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for commercial clients while working remotely within the Eastern time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisition and disposition
- Develop real estate plans aligned with clients' strategic goals and coordinate negotiations
- Track transaction activity, prepare commissions, and contribute to new operational plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
- Real Estate salesperson license required
