Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Focused on managing real estate transaction activities for a defined Telecom portfolio, the full-time Remote Transaction Manager will prepare and execute transaction strategies, collaborate with brokerage teams, and ensure optimal deal terms for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and recommend transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate negotiations of leases and sales, acting as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent
• Track transaction activities and prepare financial forecasts and reports for client decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate License is required
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and advanced mathematical skills
